hold your event in our Historic moated Manor with 30 acres of grounds and a private woodland
At the heart of the estate is our beautiful 13th-century manor house, dating from 1267, surrounded by gardens, ancient buildings, quirky accommodation and private woodland. You can choose to hire just the Manor House or take exclusive use of the entire site, creating your own private little world for the duration of your stay.
With flexible bedrooms that can be arranged for couples or individual guests, we can accommodate up to 28 guests in individual beds, making Moignes Court particularly suitable for retreats and group stays where guests don’t wish to share. When couples share our king and double beds, the estate can accommodate up to 32 overnight guests.

Book only Moignes manor for your event
The Manor House can accommodate up to 15 guests, with flexible beds that can be made up as either king-size beds or twins, allowing us to adapt the rooms to suit your group.
You’ll have exclusive use of the Manor House itself, which incudes the East Wing annex with its own kitchen and lounge areas. Inside you’ll find plenty of places to come together or escape for some quiet time, including our Drawing Room with its open fire, cosy Family Room with wood burner and a large dining room where your whole group can sit down together. The the East Wing and the Main house can join together to become one through the grand hall on the first floor.

For a completely private experience, you can hire the whole of Moignes Court.
Exclusive hire includes the Manor House together with our wonderfully individual accommodation: the Yurt, Magic Bus, converted Horsebox and The Happy Hut, as well as exclusive use of the play gardens, sports area and communal areas.
For retreats where everyone would like their own bed, the accommodation can be arranged for approximately:
Manor House – 15 individual beds
Yurt – up to 6 individual beds
Magic Bus – up to 4 individual beds
Horsebox – up to 2 individual beds
Hut – 1 individual bed
That’s accommodation for up to 28 guests without anyone needing to share a bed.
For couples and families happy to share king or double beds, we can accommodate up to 32 overnight guests across the estate.
Book Only the manor house with shared access to the grounds and woodland
You’ll have exclusive use of the Manor House itself, its private garden and front lawn, together with shared use of the communal garden areas, sports area, woodlands and facilities around Moignes Court.
Inside you’ll find plenty of places to come together or escape for some quiet time, including our Drawing Room with its open fire, cosy Family Room with wood burner and a large dining room where your whole group can sit down together. plus the court room which can comfortable host 30 people. there is also a sauna for 3 people in one of the bedrooms. the house has 3 bathrooms plus 1 toilet to be shared between your guests

The Court Room
Our beautiful first-floor Courtroom is one of the most atmospheric spaces at Moignes Court, historically used for holding the local magisterial court. Today, this remarkable room provides a light, welcoming and characterful gathering space for up to 30 people comfortably, making it perfect for workshops, meetings, talks, retreat sessions or simply bringing everyone together. Three striking Gothic arched windows, reaching right down to floor level, frame sweeping panoramic views across the surrounding countryside and flood the room with natural light. Despite its centuries of history, the Courtroom has a wonderfully open and inviting feel – a unique place for your whole group to gather, connect
